Chief Operating Officer
As Chief Operating Officer, Pavin leads 25 Financial’s strategic planning and oversees the people, technology, and processes that support the firm’s continued growth. He focuses on improving operational efficiency, strengthening risk management, and implementing scalable systems that enhance the client and advisor experience. Pavin also guides resource allocation and financial planning to ensure the firm is positioned to pursue new opportunities responsibly. His work turns the company’s long-term vision into practical initiatives that help the team operate more effectively and serve clients at a higher level.
Pavin comes to us from the world of retail operations, having led process development supporting many Fortune 500 clients in retail. He and his wife Shelby live in Maplewood with their kids and dogs. In his free time, Pavin enjoys golf, woodworking, walking the dogs in Forest Park, and weekend home projects. He and Shelby are always looking for a new country or National Park to visit.
