Kaitlyn has been a cornerstone of our firm since 2012, when she joined as a Client Service Manager. Over the past 13+ years, she has grown into the role of Director of Client Services, where she now oversees multiple financial advisors’ practices and leads our talented team of Client Service Managers.

Her expertise in client relationship management, operational excellence, and team leadership has been instrumental in delivering exceptional service and building long-lasting client partnerships.

Outside the office, Kaitlyn is a devoted wife to her husband Chris (married in 2021) and proud mom to their son Gabriel (3) and daughter Esther (1). The family is completed by their two beloved German Shepherds.

A proud “crunchy mom,” Kaitlyn enjoys crafting homemade tallow-based skin products, spending quality time with her family, worshiping Jesus, and dreaming about (and planning for!) their next farm animals.
