Pavin leads 25 Financial’s office team, supporting client account portfolio management, the development of advisor support strategy, and research and development of new services.

Pavin comes to us from the world of retail operations, having led process development supporting many Fortune 500 clients in retail. He and his wife Shelby live in Maplewood with their newborn son and two dogs. In his free time, Pavin enjoys golf, woodworking, walking the dogs in Forest Park, and weekend home projects. He and Shelby are always looking for a new country or National Park to visit.
